Fresh or refrigerated products are placed in the independent compartments, ensuring order, separation and easy management.
The system maintains a refrigerated temperature adjustable from +1 °C to +15 °C, uniform across all compartments of the machine. The machine is also available at ambient temperature.
The customer completes the purchase, opens the main door and collects the product from the selected compartment.
If a compartment is reserved for a customer, they receive a pickup code that unlocks the assigned compartment, ensuring controlled dispensing with no staff required.

Yes, if chosen with a built-in refrigeration unit, the system ensures a constant temperature, settable from +1 °C to +15 °C, maintained throughout the machine. The high thermal insulation resulting from the machine’s robust build not only keeps the temperature constant but also reduces the machine’s energy consumption.

Once payment is completed, the selected compartment will open. The customer simply opens the machine’s main door, takes the product from the open compartment, and that’s it!
With DOORY FRESH, it is also possible to reserve a compartment for a specific customer who has pre-ordered one of your products. In this case, the customer will receive a code that, once entered on the display, unlocks that specific compartment.
Of course! With the GSM module installed, the operator receives daily email/SMS updates on sales audits and any machine alarms. In addition, by registering on the DF ITALIA platform, the machine can be managed remotely: change prices, check stock, monitor sales and accounting, view temperature charts and much more.
