Frozen products are loaded into the independent compartments, designed to hold bulky packaging and large items in an orderly and secure way.
The entire system maintains a constant, adjustable temperature from –18 °C to –24 °C at every point of the vending machine, ensuring uniform and reliable storage.
The customer completes the purchase, opens the main door and collects the product from the selected compartment.
If a compartment is reserved for a customer, they receive a pickup code that opens the assigned compartment, ensuring controlled, unattended dispensing.
Through the GSM telemetry system and the dedicated WebApp, the operator can monitor:

Yes. The reference temperature is adjustable from –18 °C to –24 °C at every point of the vending machine, ensuring uniform storage and full compliance with the cold chain. The vending machine is designed with a robust structure that provides high thermal insulation and reduced energy consumption.
The customer selects the desired product on the display and proceeds with payment. Once payment is complete, the selected compartment opens and the customer can easily collect the product on their own.
The internal configuration of the DOORY FROZEN 15 ranges from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 15 compartments. On request, and through our online configurator, the customer can view all the available compartment dimensions and configure the vending machine as preferred. In this case, the number of compartments ranges from a minimum of 6 up to a maximum of 30.
Yes. Doory Frozen 15 can be connected to ambient, refrigerated or frozen lockers, including in D-FRESH or D-FROZEN master configurations.
