Products are loaded manually into the 18 independent compartments. The system supports efficient stock organization, simplifying management operations.
The customer makes the purchase from the Master module and collects the product from the selected compartment.
If a compartment is reserved for a customer, they receive a pickup code or QR code that opens the assigned compartment, ensuring controlled, unattended dispensing.
Once the product in a compartment is sold, it deactivates automatically and returns to operation only after the operator’s action.

Doory 18 is a slave module with no payment systems. For this reason, in order for the customer to pay and collect the product from the Doory 18, it must be connected to a DF ITALIA Master module, which includes the electronics and integrated payment systems.
Yes! With the ‘Collect your order’ function, one or more compartments can now be reserved for a customer, with dispensing by code or QR code for the pickup of pre-ordered products.
Yes. Doory 18 can be connected to other Doory columns and managed through a single Master module.
